The user acknowledge and agree to accept the above risk and the company doesn't undertake the responsibility for information not-sent and not-received, or for receiving mistaken information or any damage. 2.4. ShippingMail reserves all right of this agreement unclear authorized. 6.statement of indemnification 6.1 The company has no obligation to express, implied and other manners' indemnities and compensations including guarantee of special applicability. Without the ShippingMail prior permission, you agree not to use, in any manner, ShippingMail marks! 10.applicable law 10.1ShippingMail software is developed by ShippingMail. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People Republic of China without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and ShippingMail agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Xiamen where any arguments about this agreement are solved. 10.2 You agree that the any order or written notice or any modified archives or complementary provisions that conflict with authorized software are invalid. The company can or delay to perform any right stipulated of this agreement and doesn't instruct to give up these rights. 10.3 If a court of the competent valid jurisdiction thinks that any provisions of this agreement conflicts with law, these provision will be enforced in accordance with maximum extent of law permit and other provisions of this agreement maintain in full force and effect.
